I have a website with a like button (in the form of an AddThis toolbar). I also have a page for my site on facebook. Is there a way to make hitting the like button on my site, also give a Like to my facebook page?<br />

How is stuff like this normally handled, I am a bit confused by what exactly the like button does... How is this normally handled, what's the 'standard' way of using the like button.<br />
