Email permanent white list

Hi All,

I have a new client whose business is e-newsletters. For his clients he will obviously send out thousands of emails per week.

Is there a way to have him permanently white listed in a master spam email database so he can send out this many but filters will know he is legit?

the definition of junk mail is any mail you didnt request.

any company sending out thousands of emails per week are unlikely to be 'legit'.

are you suggesting that every recipient has requested the message? if not, the messages may be junk mail to some people and therefore could never be listed as 'legit'
This is the reason a central whitelist doesn't really exist. a few have been attempted but are never accepted because everyones idea of legitimate mail is different.

There is therefore no such master whitelist. the only option is to set your sending email server up as well as possible and cover all bases that trigger junk mail. (SPF record, rDNS entries etc)
Also ensure the messages do not contain tracking links, web-based images and common junk keywords.
