The user saves to the  path \\server\redirectedfolders\desktop, I verify the file gets saved, but it isn’t appearing on her workstation.

Anyone had the same problem?

Not sure.  How do you ensure its 'gone thru'?

This is happen only to one user.  Other users are OK.  Compared AD permissions are exaclty the same for all the users.

Your welcome. When you do that command and it asks you to reboot the pc, thats a good sign its going. Also you can use the tool gpedit. You should be able to download it from microsoft.com. This tool will help you scan a specific computer and see what group policies its getting and if they succeeded in installing.
