win 7 64bit ocz 120gb ssd

i installed win 7 64 bit pro, added to domain, downloaded files, set up outlook, other creature comforts,

blue screens occured, so i format and reinstall
then, i rebooted serveral times for updates,

it seems the ssd has reverted to the original profile, like the previous operating system image is present even after the format and reinstall,  

any ideas, ?

The exact bluescreen stop errors would sure be handy to  find the root cause of the original problem; but, what you need to do is to delete the existing partition which is an option when Windoze setup asks you where to install.
For SSD's, you want to disable write caching in the device manager and I'd suggest doing that prior to the updates, etc.

when i reinstalled, i deleted all partitions,

i disables write caching, and will see what happens, i am deleteing the current profile and reconfiging, will see what the result is within a few days

returning  to vendor,  issue still persists
