I have all firewalls turned off. The computers are on different vlans but everything is allowed to and from my SCCM server between vlans for now till I get it working. I have checked the wmi security settings. I know DCOM is running. I have used both wmimgmt.msc and wbemtest to check the WMI connection and both show it is working. I am on a 2008 R2 64bit server so I can't use WMI Diagnosis Utility. I have plenty of other computers working in SCCM.

I would appriciate any help!

1- Did you run extadsch.exe to extend the schema for ConfigMgr
2- Dif you grant permissions to the ConfigMgr computer account to be able to create objects in the systems management container in AD.
If not,  the easy way is add ConfigMgr computer to domain admin froups in AD or follow the below steps:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb632591.aspx

3- make sure that Webdav is confiured correctly
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc431377.aspx
In Windows server 2008 R2 no need to install WebDav, you just need to add it to IIS and do the required configurations

1- Please also confirm that IIS 6 Metabase compatibility feature and IIS 6 WMI compatiblity feature installed with IIS.
2- Make sure that from ConfigMgr server can access network share \\ClientComputerName\admin$.
3- Please check Ports Used During Configuration Manager Client Deployment:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff189805.aspx
Windows Firewall Settings for Configuration Manager Clients

1.done
2.done
3.As stated in my first post all ports are being allowed and all firewalls are off.

I have been through all these things aswell. These solutions seem to be items that would not let it load on any computer. I have SCCM loaded on over a hundred computers. I am having a problem with just a certain set of workstations. From what it seems there must be a setting on the client end that is not allowing the connection but I don't know how to troubleshoot it since I don't have much experience with WMI and when I test WMI it works fine.

Here's the log from one. I see it has a webdav error. I found an article that said SP2 fixes it, I didn't realize I was on SP1

I installed sp2 and now MP is messed up and wont install. I get this error

Componet: SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER

Message ID: 4951

SMS Site Component Manager failed to install this component, because the Microsoft Installer File for this component (MP.msi) could not install.

Refer to the MPSetup.log, the MPMSI.log, as well as the SMS documentation and the Microsoft Knowledge Base for further information.

I see alot of people have this problem and they have to uninstall MP, IIS, Webdav, and Bits and reinstall. I have done all of this but when reinstalling the MP it says cant install because a previous version is already installed

I have it back up and running. It is now version 4.00.6487.2000 (which I believe is SP2) Build 6487 with R3 installed.

Supposedly SP2 was wupposed to fix the issue I'm having but now I'm right back were I was with the same errors as I started.
