Unable to Save a Fill-In file in Adobe Reader

I created a fill-in questionnaire and when opened with Adobe Reader the fill-in part works OK but the form cannot be saved.
The following error message from Reader is presented when attempting to save it:
"This document enable extended features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is o longer availabel."

What does this error message mean?
What procedures/steps need to be done in order to allow the file to be saved?

Thanks

Hi

It seems that the features that you have enabled in Acrobat to enable reader users to fill in the form have been corrupted somewhat. This can happen if the form was edited with a different PDF editor for instance.

In order to fix this you have to  grant these features again in Acrobat by bringing the PDF into Acrobat and select Advanced|Extend features in Adobe Reader.

I would suggest to open the PDF in Acrobat and do a File>Save a Copy (if the option is available) BEFORE re-enabling the features. This will strip any remaining code from the file and saves the clean file. Open that saved copy and follow the steps above to apply the reader features.

If this does  not help you may need to post the PDF here so we can have a look at it.
