I created a fill-in questionnaire and when opened with Adobe Reader the fill-in part works OK but the form cannot be saved.<br />
The following error message from Reader is presented when attempting to save it:<br />
&quot;This document enable extended features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is o longer availabel.&quot;<br />

What does this error message mean?<br />
What procedures/steps need to be done in order to allow the file to be saved?<br />
