When you say - data conversion plan - are you saying you are not planning to upgrade through the certified paths? Obviously there is no 8.4 to 9.1 direct path - so you have to do a double - going though an interim version (which in your case would probably mean 8.4x to 9.0 then 9.0 to 9.1). Unless there is a VERY good reason for not doing so I would always recommend sticking to the certified path.

Yes,We are not planning to do an upgrade and do not want to go for certified path.We are doing reimplementation.We just need the data to move to 9.1.

8.4 functionality is not yet all used.

Sorry for not replying sooner.

In your case your data conversion plan is highly individual to your needs. Even if someone provided a template, you would need to make sure it takes into account your data specifically. I think I would prefer (in that case) to do the whole process myself to make sure nothing is overlooked.
