Default path for outlook for archieved emails is below

C:\Users\spuranam\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst

you may need to open this file through outlook if your emails are archieved.

Let me know if this was suscessful

there was indeed this file called archive.pst, but the user who said has this issue seems do not have any archived emails in this pst. maybe she has not selected to archive the emails. will close the qn for now
