Best Free PHP Wiki Script

Hi all,

I am looking into installing some wiki software and I'm wondering which to use.

Must be open source and be easy to re-skin and have templates available etc...

Basically, it needs to be easily modified.

There's a bunch out there but one of my favorites is PmWiki.  The only common complaint I get is no WSYWIG editor is supported well although TinyMce works pretty good.  It's @ pmwiki.org

A more modern approach is Joomla!  I also use that and once you get past the learning curve it's really nice.
