Can I connect a cisco router with WIC-1T to a cisco router with a WIC-1 DSU -T1?

Connect them directly?  If you could find a cable with serial on one end and ethernet on the other but I don't think that exists.  

If you are asking if you can use them at separate sites and have them connected through a P2P then I can't see reason why not as long as the IOS version do what you want.
