I have a user that wants to also recieve the same emails sent to their two employees.  I tried opening additional mailboxes for the user in outlook however the rules they have set screws up the email for the two employees. Is there a method to just have one email appear in two different inboxes?

if you are using exchange 2007 then use transport rule to setup blind carbon copy of email or else you can set forwarder in mailbox
