Spam In Chinese

I have a user that is receiving undeliverable in Chinese, I have scanned her machine, cleaned up Temp files and the machine was clean to begin with. I had her change her password, with no success. It is not coming from the outside, we are using mxlogic for Spam and they do not see it coming in. I have scanned other machines on the network and all is good.

I read some posts stating that it could be a contact that she has in Outlook, that is pretty hard to determine or if someone has her on there contact list. Any Suggestions on finding origin??

In addition to scanning her machine for viruses and malware, make sure she has all applicable windows updates installed.

Another thing to try is SpamCop, from http://www.spamcop.net.

Also, read this article and try to find the origin of the Spam.

I would suggest you check your Queue and Message Tracking Center.

How to check Message Tracking

Those should give you a real good overview if the client machine is trying to send spam through your 2003 exhange.

There was another AD account getting alot of spam and forwarding to my user. I disabled the account and everything is good now,
