I need a recommendation for an on line database , maybe an ASP that can handle a business that runs a construction site fuel business ,  need to have people make changes simultaneously and on-line , on a PDA would be great also

MySQL is pretty robust & should handle your needs. You can access via some sort of VB.net application in aspx if you like.

I am looking for some COTS product that will require very little work
