Moss 2007 Forms Registry error

I have Moss 2007 and i am tyring to edit in browser infopath template / form.

if the forms site is set to "Display as a web page" i get error (Requested registry access is not allowed. ) But i if set it to open in client software it is okay.

I assuming it is a permission issue but not sure where.

Help please.

I assume that you have done the developement of infopath in MS-office and above.

Action plan
=============
Download a tool name Filemon from the microsoft website.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896642

run this tool and request the page once again. ( reproduce the error mesage)

Check the permission exception in the tool report.
