I did what you suggested and got same &nbsp;error:<br />

Error 1920.Service HPWSProAdapter (HPWSProAdpater) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.<br />

I am running the program as local Administrator on the system and I even tried to go into services.msc to manually start the service and got:<br />

WIndows could not start the HPWSProAdapter service on local computer. &nbsp;Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.<br />

Install subinacl and run the reset.cmd script<br />
