I have a highly used report, after I make some changes to other reports and SQL objects users start complaining the report is so slow and sometimes they even get time out errors? What would be most probably reason of this problem, and what tools/objects you’ll use to figure out?
First guess would be a bad execution plan cached for the query. Does the query always run fine in Management Studio?
