SMTP authentication enabled

one of our sales persons received this NDR today.

----------------
server2.mindfieldmedia.com gave this error:
found in dul.dnsbl.sorbs.net. If you want to relay through this server please make sure you have SMTP authentication enabled. If you receive this message from outside our network please check that your host is not listed at DNSBL.

----------------------------

I checked with spamhause and we are not listed, We did change ISP's a few weeks back  and maybe that's the issue, but I'm confused by this message?

Server is Exchange 2010 + sp1
