SSIS :Sending emails

hi experts


I have created SSIS packages that transfers excel file to database.Now i want to do some event handling .My question is

I want to send email with full details where task failed (i want to send whole result) and does not want to send mails if the package execution is success.How to do this.

Need step by step process please

first, you need to setup email using SMTP server

second, create an operator

third,you can configure your SSIS task failure to send to that operator

how can i do using event handler in SSIS ? dont have permission to configure database mail server in my system
