Sharepoint 2007 inserting HTML code

Hello

I have some HTML code inside I frames thaty links to an externalweb site. I wanted to see if there a web part or how I can insert this code onto a Shapoint page.

If you add a content editor webpart to a page and then go to the source code view when modifying the content in the webpart you can place the html in it then
