Flash radio on smartphones

I do some IT support for a local radio station.  on their web site, you can click a link and stream the radio on your computer.

they want to do this on a smartphone.  they want smartphone users to be able to stream the radio programs on their smart phones.

question: how can I do this?  Do I need to send out a diff kind of stream?

This is out of my purview, but I know flash support is not quite there yet. I would outsource the creation of an app for the android and apple marketplaces. This allows you to generate more advertisement revenue, and possibly advertise based on GPS (These adds bring more $$$). And most mobile development companies will already have templates for this.
