To make a guest user log in using Username/Password you need to create an SSID which uses the Layer3 / Web-Authentication method.<br />

Plug the failing AP into a port where one of the other APs was connected and see if it works then.<br />
Also, try installing the LWAPP recovery image on it and try joining to the controller again.

I have to problems regarding to Cisco WLC; the first one how to make Guest user in WLC 2106 login to wireless LAN using user name and password? the second question I have &nbsp;WLC 2106 and 4 Lightweight access point cisco 1100 series; three of them registered but still one of them switching between registered and unregistered &nbsp;in WLC every 1 minute; how can I fix this? <br />
