Dear experts,

How to know if VB.NET user control is running in Design mode or Runtime mode?

previously in VB6 i use the property UserControl.Ambient.UserMode

Look at the Designmode property...

If  Me.DesignMode = True Then
   ''Design Time
Else
  ''Runtime
