PDF problem

We have been emailing clients PDF's for a long time. Now recently for some reason when we send them pdf's they are receiveing one and it has a message that the file has changed to win mail.dat and cannot be opened. There are other pdf's in the same email and the client is able to open those. So far we have run into this with two files. any ideas what the problem is and how to fix it?

Check to make sure the message is being send as "Clear Text" and not "Rich Text".  If the recipient uses an email client other than Outlook sometimes the rich text email is not recognized.
