I want to grab the 3rd largest value from a set of cells however the large function is not working.

here is the formula that is not working:

=large({F10,F20,F30,F40,N40,N30,N20,N10,U10,U20,U30,U40,AC40,AC30,AC20,AC10},3)

Change your {} for (), like this:

=LARGE((F10,F20,F30,F40,N40,N30,N20,N10,U10,U20,U30,U40,AC40,AC30,AC20,AC10),3)
