Need MVC3 in Visual Web Developer 2010 Express

I run Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2010 Express but only find MVC2 when I try to create a new project.

Please tell me what I need to run to get this updated.

I run Windows 7

Have you installed ASP.NET MVC 3?

According to Control Panel, no.

Just run that and then Visual Studio will be updated?
