Creating a Visio product tree. It says "your organization contains 59 entries that are not in the organization."
Creating a Visio product tree. It says "your organization contains 59 entries that are not in the organization." Please help me understand how my data is set up incorrectly. I've read the help, reviewed the answer to the same question asked by another person, and I still don't understand what is wrong. Thanks.

I am having the same issue except I am trying to pull from my Exchange Database. This was working a week or two ago... Nothing has changed configuration wise so I'm not sure what could be going on. Instead of 59 entries it says 1 entry. If I choose yes, it puts the one entry on a page and is done.
UALITGUYS -- do you mean that there is only record being imported from Exchange? Or that a bunch get imported but there is one orphan?
BTW, I would suggest you ask a new question so we can work on your issue separately from this one that has already been closed..

There is only one record being imported from Exchange and it is the record that I choose to be on the top of the page...
