Creating a Visio product tree.  It says "your organization contains 59 entries that are not in the organization."  Please help me understand how my data is set up incorrectly.  I've read the help, reviewed the answer to the same question asked by another person, and I still don't understand what is wrong.  Thanks.

Are you using data stored in Excel or another data source to create the chart? Each entry in the data needs to have either 1) another record that "report to" it, or 2) another entry to which it reports.

See the attached sample and try importing it with the org chart wizard. You'll get the same error message you got with your data but for one entry. That's because "bbb 4" doesn't report to anyone and no one reports to it. The wizard ends up putting it on a page by itself if you tell it to include these entries in the chart.

I am having the same issue except I am trying to pull from my Exchange Database.  This was working a week or two ago...  Nothing has changed configuration wise so I'm not sure what could be going on.  Instead of 59 entries it says 1 entry.  If I choose yes, it puts the one entry on a page and is done.

UALITGUYS -- do you mean that there is only record being imported from Exchange? Or that a bunch get imported but there is one orphan?

BTW, I would suggest you ask a new question so we can work on your issue separately from this one that has already been closed..

There is only one record being imported from Exchange and it is the record that I choose to be on the top of the page...

I asked a question this morning but have not received any feedback.
