GFI Mail Archiver

Hey guys,

I am using a GFI Mail Archiver for one of the clients.  Need to add 3 more users:
License Status: User limit is exceeded! Grace period is over.
Click “Buy Now” to buy a GFI MailArchiver license.
Licensed Users: 30
Mail Enabled Users: 33
Statistics: GFI MailArchiver has been running for 303 day/s.

However the last store was for 2010 and I need to add for 2011.  They have a license for 3 more years.   Does anyone know how to add a store that also involving adding into the DQL DB?

Thank you.

Perhaps you can clarify.  Your system has 33 users but is licensed for 30.  MailArchiver is digging in its heels until you buy the license for 3 more users.  They may have a subscription that runs for another 3 years but you need to remove 3 people from the system or pay for the license.

All completed.  Thank you.

Bought additional 5 licenses.  Added an additional Archive2011 store.

Tiras25 was prevented from manipulating the database object store until additional licenses were purchased, which was my point.
