Message stuck in Outbox

A couple months ago I was at an airport in Japan and used my BlackBerry to send an email.  The message never went (all other messages went while I was traveling).  I just opened my mailbox in OWA (Exchange 2003/BES 5) and found that message in my outbox.  I can't move or delete it; says "you do not have permission to delete this item."  If I open it it shows the message.  Outbox is empty when using Outlook.  Aside from that OWA is working fine.

Any ideas before I dismount this database and run eseutil/isinteg to check for corruption?
