Best Online Source to Learn Windows Scripting

I'm in need of suggestions on what websites can teach me to write Windows Scripts, both in VB for Office integration and Powershell for more powerful server stuff. I am willing to pay, but it has to be online.

I do have a moderate scripting background, but only as a result of dire necessity. I want to write Windows macros that can do many daily tasks.

I'm looking for something more instructional (read: videos) than "Hey, Scripting Guy." Even though that's a good resource, I need to be instructor-led, even if it's a youtube video.

Any ideas? I've given up looking and googling for the "right" place online to learn this
