Hey everyone!

Just got a quick question for you.

Everytime I turn on my machine and everytime I unplug my AC Adapter, a DOS command line pops up and wants me to enter a password. Fortunately, I know what the password is, but I would like to know what the password is.

The screen that pops up is not elaborte. It just says password and makes me enter my password. However, the password screen looks like that of the old DOS program.

Any help would be appreciated.

it is probably not a dos password, I believe it is either the BIOS password or the hard drive password.

turn off your computer completely and turn it back on login to your BIOS and remove all the security password
