If I understand correctly then Column D in sheet 1 is a dropdown list which allows you to enter one of two values from Sheet3!C2:C3....so try changing Sheet3!C2 to 1 and Sheet3!C3 to 0 and you'll then get that choice in column D.....<br />

I was looking to eliminate the zeros in favor of the manually input values + or - whatever you wanted. &nbsp;1.5 would be one and a half hours and -1.5 would be minus 1.5 hours. &nbsp;1 would be plus 1 hour and -1 would be minus one hour.
