Your model number indicates that it should have came with stand alone mode set as default. &nbsp;It either picks up an IP via DHCP or you assign a static IP via the CLI, then you can use the web interface to configure the rest of the settings. &nbsp;Are you having a specific problem with the initial configuration?<br />

I have a brand new air-ap1041n-a-k9 access point and it is supposed to be able to be installed in standalone mode on my local LAN. Does anyone have instructions on installing this with out the controller? I have a command line interface that can be used pretty easily.<br />
