I already have Window Server 2008 R2 and I now want to use Sharepoint and add sharepoint website in the server. Which sharepoint version I should use? and How can I install into existing Window Server 2008?

To determine what you need to install - you firt have to assess your needs.
What do you want to do with sharepoint?

Here is a link with features comparison for versions of Sharepoint 2010- although you can also install WSS and SharePoint 2007, i would advise you go for the new versions.

The foundation version is free

Heres a comparison between WSS and MOSS(sharepoint 2007) if you interested.
