Needed Programs Services and Programs at StartUp

On Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit, I went to the Troubleshoot Computer Problems (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting).  I chose Check for Performance Issues.  This took me to Start System Configuration.

There were some services / programs that I removed from Startup, but I was wondering if there might be more that I can remove?  I do not use the Acronis too much, I use different methods at times.  So I don't think I need their services running all the time.  And the same with Acrobat?

Thanks!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yes, the programs / services do begin at Startup.   I went to the Troubleshoot Computer Problems (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting).  I chose Check for Performance Issues.  This took me to Start System Configuration.   This is where I can check / uncheck the services / programs that begin at Startup.

Sorry if I confused you - I am looking for suggestions on what services / programs that I can uncheck so they do not run at Startup.

coreybryant--This site should help you decide what programs to start at boot.  Very few are actually needed.

And I would not worry about the Services.  Try the Default setting.
