What type of object?
What do you consider a 'backup'?

I need to take back up of specific procedure, function,package and trigger objects.

Is there any way I can achieve the task through script?

Check out dbms_metadata.get_ddl:

http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E11882_01/appdev.112/e16760/d_metada.htm#ARPLS640

Just pass in the different object_types and names.

For example a procedure called 'MYPROC' would go something like:

select dbms_metadata.get_ddl('PROCEDURE','MYPROC') from dual;
