Drop Down Menu CSS Aligment Problem

I am trying to build a new site design and have am having an issue with the drop down menu in IE. When you hover over the parent item the submenu drops down but it is aligned with the right border of the parent which makes it impossible to select. The website url is www.tseserv.com/vintage.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

A quick solution would be try to remove the gap between the main menu and the sub-menu;
Look at this snapshot for more clearly:
 Removing the gap as shown here...
Next, here's what you would do on the HTML part of the main menu (that has sub-menus below it) ...
in your case I seen them on DINING and THE BAR

<a href="/vintage/index.php?option=com_k2&amp;view=item&amp;layout=item&amp;id=2&amp;Itemid=2"><span>Dining</span></a>
<ul style="overflow: hidden; height: 105px; margin-top:-2px;"><li class="item7">

Open in new window

AND

<a href="/vintage/index.php?option=com_k2&amp;view=itemlist&amp;layout=category&amp;task=category&amp;id=2&amp;Itemid=8"><span>The Bar</span></a>
<ul style="overflow: hidden; height: 70px; margin-top:-2px;"><li class="item9">

Open in new window

It is by adding margin-top:-2px; to the styling part of the <ul> sub menu.

Check it out...

The margin-top:-2px; was added but am still having the same issue in IE 6/7 with it aligning to the right side of the parent.

Mmm, I can really check it on IE6/7 .. but perhaps try to do margin-top:-1px;

Add "clear:both" to the "#hornav ul li ul" rule to fix the horizontal offset in IE6-7.
