I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Was it working before and stopped working suddenly? If yes, then check xml service on all the Citrix servers. Mainly on the XML broker servers. To find your XML servers, open citrix WI server, click  on the link and select manage server farm. Now click on the farm name and you will find the servers. Go to those servers and restart the XML service.. If required reboot the servers.
