Unable to login citrix WI. Please help urgent.

All the Citrix XML Services configured for farm ABCDEFGHHI failed to respond to this XML Service transaction. [Unique Log ID: 4688b7a4]

Please help me to resolve this issue.

basrajCommented:
Was it working before and stopped working suddenly? If yes, then check xml service on all the Citrix servers. Mainly on the XML broker servers. To find your XML servers, open citrix WI server, click  on the link and select manage server farm. Now click on the farm name and you will find the servers. Go to those servers and restart the XML service.. If required reboot the servers.

I already rebooted servers and fixed the issue. Please help me why we getting these issues.

I suspect full load on the server and that would have caused XML services hung:

Restartign computer and resolving issue not an proper , also uneccessary outage.
