Hi Citrix Experts
Please help
We had a server fail and we think that it was the Terminal Services Licensing Management console
So we are getting errors on citrix servers to due with licensing
would it explain the issues were having with our citrix servers not being able to find the farm on discovery cannot find the farm

Yes, MFCOM must be started. But discovery will not run if the data store cannot be contacted.
Even if the data store is down, the farm will continue to run forever as long as the local host cache exists AND the license server has been contacted at least once.

You need to make sure this server:
SERVER=SYSPROSERVER
can be contacted and this user account:
UID=SA-CitrixFarm
has NOT had its password changed.
SERVER=SYSPROSERVER
can be contacted and this user account:
UID=SA-CitrixFarm
has NOT had its password changed.

Just would like to know if have proble starting MFCOM and IMA service.

SOunds like your data store is not accessible or the password changed for the user account.

Does the Citrix MFCOM service need to be started for the discovery?
Thanks ill take a look. We use SQL for the data store but ill check
