I have a Windows 2003 Small Business Server that gets hung on the &quot;Windows&quot; splash screen. &nbsp;It will boot into safe mode but I don't know how to fix it from there. &nbsp;Logs indicate that the server went down last night but has never recovered. &nbsp;All drives are healthy, it just won't boot. &nbsp;Any suggestions?

SBS 2003 Will not boot

I have a Windows 2003 Small Business Server that gets hung on the &quot;Windows&quot; splash screen.  It will boot into safe mode but I don&#39;t know how to fix it from there.
