double formula in single cell

I want to add two formulas in an OR type situation.

If a cell contains “New” or “Re”

I use this formula to detect one of the words……

=IF(ISNUMBER(FIND("NEW",C10)),"ok", "Not OK")

I guess what I am looking for is something along the lines of…..

=IF(ISNUMBER(FIND("New" or “Re” ,C10)),"ok", "Not OK")

Try

=IF(COUNT(FIND({"New","Re"},C10)),"OK","Not OK")

Not that FIND is case-sensitive so if you don't want case sensitivity change to SEARCH, i.e.

=IF(COUNT(SEARCH({"New","Re"},C10)),"OK","Not OK")

=IF(OR(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("NEW",C10)),ISNUMBER(SEARCH("Re",C10))),"ok", "Not OK")

for example. I changed it to SEARCH in case you didn't want it to be case-sensitive (since you used both upper and lower case in the question!)
