sql server 2008 R2 64 BIT

Hi
  i need sql server 2008 R2 64 BIT with 10 cals in UAE the product numbers are :-
 1)SQL SERVER std  R2 2008        PART NUMBER              228-09421        
 2) SQL  CLT CAL10 R2                   PART NUMBER             359-05356        

Which i am getting quite expensive , so i have cheked only and here i am getting it quite cheaper , but confused wither the product is same or no .
kindly see the link below and help me out to compare both products if same as i have to purchase it .

I didn't look at all of them, and those I did look at, they weren't clear.  The one on Amazon, for example, has a different part number - it includes the CALs with the product, but I'm not sure if the product includes binaries for 64-bit.  You may need someone more familiar with licensing options to advise you here.  The ones at the links I suggested (buycheapsoftware.com) have matching part numbers, so you can be sure they're what you are looking for.

there part numbers are seprate because part numbers vary from country to country . but by seeing the featurs etc .
