setting the background of a Web User controll to an Image

Hello experts,

   I have a fun one for you all. I am trying to set the background of a webuser controll to a pdf. Does anyone know how to do this . Thank you.

You could create a screenshot of the pdf, save it as an image and do it that way.

I have done this and I still cant get the image to come up even as a jpg, tiff or png

They actually changed the spec's ..... again and now its been scraped. But if it pops up I will let you know. TY
