Exchange 2010 Address Book Issue
Hello experts,
Last weekend we installed a new Exchange 2010 server into our 2003 environment. We had one user whose mailbox didn't play nice during the move and we had to back it up to a PST file, delete her mailbox on the old 2003 server and re-create and connect it to her AD account on the new 2010 server.
Here's the issue - when people inside the company attempt to email her by selecting her name from the Global Address List, they immediately get a bounceback message that "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups". However, if they select her name from the Address Book's "All Employees" section, it works fine.
Anyone have an idea what is goig on here?
