barracuda 100 device

One of my clients recently lost their Barracuda 100 device to a power failure and although we will be receiving a replacement, I do not know what configuration it had before and need assistance with this.

I've not familiar with this product, but here is the situation:  Email are able to go out, but not in.  I someone need to configure this device to allow incoming emails, but don't know how.  

Can someone assist?

Check the following 2 settings, these are what allow forwarding and relaying from smtp server and barracuda.


1) Basic>IP Configuration

Look at trusted Forwarder and make sure the email server ip is here and allowed.



2)Basic>Outbound

Relay using trusted ip range...add Mail server ip here

you'll need to create a rule to port forward SMTP port 25 to their internal mail server.
