VMM 2008 R2 Crashing

SCVMM 2008 R2 keeps crashing every 5 mins and around 10 crashes the Virtual Machine Manger service stops.
Here is a log file: vmmservice-M.V.E.A.NetworkLocati.xml

Not sure where to look or where to start with troubleshooting this issue.  If you guys can tell me where the best place to start, this would be a great help. This problem just cropped up a few days ago.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The important lines are:

Base Exception Assembly name=Engine.Adhc.Operations.dll
Base Exception Method Name=Microsoft.VirtualManager.Engine.Adhc.NetworkLocationAwareness.TryGetDomainInfo

From the looks of things, VMM is not able to get the domain information for the domain it's on.  Try remove the server from the domain and re-add it, and see if that helps.  You can remove a server from the domain in the same way you remove a workstation from the domain - set it to a workgroup (give an arbitrary name), reboot, then put it back into the domain, reboot.

One of the servers that houses Hyper-V needed to be removed from SCVMM 2008R2 to make it start working again.
