SQL 2005 Wait Stats

I ran  select from sys.dm_os_wait_stats and now need to know what they mean! I am reviewing the below article. I am also going to attach an image of the result set from the query.

Pinal Dave did a nice series on his blog about each Wait Type that may interest you.  Especially look at the two posts on Parallelism which is what the top wait stat you have on your list is, i.e., CXPACKET.
