I've downloaded the information for each person twice. &nbsp;The chances of the PST being corrupt is very slim. &nbsp;Any other ideas besides connecting to the PST and copying the mail over?

You can use scanpst tool. But for 5 mailboxes, it will be much easier to connect and move to live mailbox.
