Error when importing in MS Exchange 2007

I'm trying to import a couple of PSTs and I get an error:
Error was found for "user" because: Error occurred in the step: Approving object.  An unknown
error has occurred.  Error code: -2147219956
At line:1 char:15

I have already imported 40 PSTs into the server but there are 5 that all have this error code.  I have
full access to the mailboxes already.  I have downloaded the mail from gmail twice already and still
get the same error on all 5 PSTs.

I'm running the import on a 32-bit 2008 server box.  I'm a member of the Exchange Organization admin
group.  I already tried the "fixmapi" command and it didn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.

It could be corrupt folder. Open that PST with the mailbox where you want to import and copy data from PST to mailbox online.

I've downloaded the information for each person twice.  The chances of the PST being corrupt is very slim.  Any other ideas besides connecting to the PST and copying the mail over?
AmitIT ArchitectCommented:
You can use scanpst tool. But for 5 mailboxes, it will be much easier to connect and move to live mailbox.

I ran a successful scan of the PST and still the same error.  Does anyone know what may cause this error?
AmitIT ArchitectCommented:
Message corruption can cause it.
