I'm getting spam that are sent

How do I stop this?

If you can find a common variable (senders email address or domain, or the subject or body) with all the SPAM, create a rule to automatically delete it.  If the sender's email address is always the same (which is not typical), you can add that to the junk filter.

There are also Exchange spam filters such as Postini or Ironport that can filter the spam at the server.   Furthermore, if you are using POP to receive your email, you can use a client software for spam filtering such as Mailwasher.  There are dozens of these type of apps.

Thanks Mug,

But the problem seems like a Mail relay issue. I'm aware that I create a rule and add to junk filter on outlook. Or get paid software to filter. These email will not stop, it will just keep on changing from sender to sender.

add this address to block list on Exchange transport server.
