Playing it safe with Adsense - How do I?

Hi

My Adsense site is ready. I need to bullet-proof it.
That probably means entering in IP addresses of mine to discount as impressions.

How do I protect my account from being flagged and canceled?

Do you think it is safe to ask friends to check it out, when it is live?

What else?

I guess I better not mess around?

I hear that reapplying for a new account after you got busted is a real pain?

Surely if I put the click blocker in my dev machine's ip, I can go nuts and be safe?

But, if I mention to someone that I have made a site, and they go and check it out, that's okay?

I know there is a text area on some page where you can enter ip addresses for it to exclude from consideration. - Help stop account from being flagged.

Do you know where that page is?

Thanks

It seems the adsense integrator panel has an IP ban

It has these two text boxes:
IP list (one x row)      Alternative text/ad:

And claims to have impressions ignored.
Does it work, though?
