I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do this without logging in. You can save the password though...
Any solution to run processes on a remote windows machine requires the ability to run the process(es) with an account, specifically one recognized by the remote machine, otherwise the security of your remote machine would be low/null.

Aside from remote desktop-like apps (e.g., TeamViewer) you could run an SSH service on your Windows box and use an SSH app to securely remote into a command line interface and run commands that way.
